One of the increasingly active measures for environmental protection is the introduction of green technologies in various logistics environments. The introduction of technologies alone is not enough for success, but its use and acceptability are important. A great user experience can be the biggest competitive advantage. In the laboratory, we will therefore study and test new technologies that enter the markets or. are announced in the logistics industry and analyze user responses to them and also prepare proposals for their technical improvement, all with the aim of improving the user experience.

 

The aim of research in this field:

• find new technologies in a real logistics environment and test them in order to gain user experience;

• to determine the user experience of the tested technologies and on the basis of these to formulate proposals for the improvement of existing ones;

• determining the impacts of existing technologies on different logistics environments;
